Project Coordinator

Description:
What does TESTA do?TESTA helps companies make their software better by finding real people from around the world to test it. This is called “crowdsourced testing.” Instead of relying only on internal testers, we tap into a global network of everyday users and professional testers to try out apps, websites, and digital products in different languages, cultures, and devices.Think of it like the Uber of software testing — companies tell us what they need tested, and we match them with testers who can do the job quickly, reliably, and from anywhere in the world. Our clients are companies that want to make sure their software works well not just technically, but also for real users in different parts of the world. We help them find bugs, improve user experience, and understand how people from different markets interact with their products.TESTA helps businesses launch better, more reliable software — faster and with real-world insights.
Your Role
As a Project Coordinator at TESTA, you’ll be at the heart of fast-moving testing projects that support real companies launching real products around the world. You’ll work closely with Test Managers to understand what our clients want to learn — whether it’s catching bugs before a big launch, checking if an app works well in a new country, or seeing how real users interact with a feature. You’ll help turn those goals into clear steps, guide testers across different countries and devices, and keep everything running smoothly. You’ll also help spot issues, organize insights, and make sure clients get clear, actionable results.
If you’re curious, organized, and enjoy working with people from different cultures, this is a great opportunity to dive into the world of user testing and digital product development — and make a real impact from day one.
