Junior Frontend Developer
Description:
Join our nimble development team to build on TESTA’s Indigo platform—a crowdtesting platform that empowers people worldwide with software testing gigs, and helps companies elevate their products.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Front-End Engineer to craft intuitive user interfaces for our four core users: Clients, Test Managers, Community Managers, and Testers. You’ll have the opportunity to build a diverse range of features and interactions that improves the usability for a diverse set of users.
This role will start with a project to refine and enhance the TESTA website, then transition to building our crowdtesting platform alongside our senior front-end engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement high-quality, user-friendly features.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Implement best practices in front-end development, including accessibility and performance optimization.
- Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services.
- Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues.
- Maintaining the TESTA website by addressing urgent bugs as they arise.
Technical Skills required:
- Website Development:
- Experienced in building WordPress sites, ideally familiar with PHP.
- Platform Developement:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experienced with React (Next.js framework), Vue, or Angular.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and working with back-end services.
- Proficient in version control systems like Git or Mercurial.
- Basic understanding of SEO and web performance optimization.
- Experience with GCP, SQL, Redis, and MUI is a plus
Soft Skills required:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Good English reading comprehension and writing.
